Each user may hold only one active 444c account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444c login credentials. Notify 444c support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 444c is not liable for losses arising from shared credentials.

By accessing the 444c Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 444c with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 444c Platform.
444c reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 444c. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing any Services. 444c will close any account where underage use is identified and may report such instances where legally required.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is permitted under applicable provincial or federal laws. 444c makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all Pakistani jurisdictions.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each person may register only one Account on 444c. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. If 444c identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, it reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.
3.5 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. You are responsible for updating your Account details if your information changes. 444c is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
4.1 444c may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon request during an active session. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms operating responsibly.
4.2 Requested verification documents may include, without limitation: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence; proof of address; and evidence of the payment method used for deposit.
4.3 Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 444c may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. 444c is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from a User's failure to comply with KYC requirements.
4.4 All information submitted during verification is handled in accordance with the 444c Privacy Policy.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 444c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). All balances are maintained in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the time of credit.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Transaction minimums and maximums apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal request. These limits are subject to change at 444c's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit to your 444c Account instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer timings depend on the relevant financial institution. 444c is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 444c's payments team subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Typical processing times are under 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa; bank transfer times vary. 444c does not charge withdrawal fees but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.5 Funding Source. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a lawful source. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
5.6 Unused Balances. Accounts that are inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy. Details are communicated to Users via registered email prior to any deductions. Please contact 444c support to reinstate an inactive account.
6.1 444c may offer bonuses, promotions, and free bets from time to time. Each promotion is subject to individual terms including minimum wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific promotion terms are communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are distinct from deposited funds within a 444c Account until applicable wagering requirements are met. Withdrawal of bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus.
6.3 444c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in account closure.
7.1 All sports bets placed through 444c are subject to the specific market rules in force at the time of the bet. 444c reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, obvious pricing errors, or exceptional circumstances beyond 444c's control.
7.2 All casino game outcomes on 444c are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for RNG-based titles, and by live dealer physical processes for live casino titles. 444c does not interfere with, alter, or influence individual game outcomes.
7.3 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at 444c's discretion. Bets confirmed prior to suspension remain valid. Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided.
7.4 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.5 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held by 444c's system logs constitute the authoritative reference. Where a discrepancy exists between what is displayed to a User and what is recorded in 444c's system, the system records shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444c Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any material from the 444c Platform without prior written consent from 444c.
10.1 444c provides its Services on an "as available" basis. While 444c takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444c's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your 444c Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 444c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
10.4 444c is not liable for losses or damages arising from events outside its reasonable control including telecommunications failures, internet outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.

444c strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
12.1 444c reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User has breached these Terms, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any bonus or promotional balances are immediately forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that have not been obtained through prohibited conduct will be returned to the User's registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable verification.
12.3 Users may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting 444c support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method.
Your use of the 444c Platform is also governed by the 444c Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 444c collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data including registration information, financial transaction records, and gameplay history.
444c may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 444c will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the registered email address or through a notification displayed on the Platform at login. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of your use of the 444c Platform are subject to the governing law applicable to 444c's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under Pakistani consumer protection law.
15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding account balances, game outcomes, or any other matter relating to your 444c Account, you should contact 444c's support team in the first instance. 444c aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 444c's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through channels specified by 444c at the time of the complaint. 444c shall not be obligated to engage with third-party dispute resolution services not specifically designated by it.
